WhiteHawk Limited (ASX:WHK) has today announced the launch of its Release 3.0 Advanced Risk Profile, Product Matching and Tailorable Product Bundles.

Whitehawk, the first global online cyber security exchange enabling small-to-medium businesses to take smart action against cybercrime and fraud, is scaling its online ability to provide each customer with a tailored risk profile, risk rating, and action plan.

This release is the direct result of the maturation of WHK’s development and data science team and the work that’s been put into transitioning the CIO Customer Journey vision into an enabling, intuitive, and impactful online experience WHK's business customers.

Here's a overview of Release 3.0:

With Release 3.0 WHK has advanced from a vertical implementation of core cyber risk framework capabilities (risk rating, marketplace) to an integrated, horizontal, and holistic approach.

WHK’s updated approach will align solutions and services based on industry best practices for cyber maturity to the individual needs of a company/customer, thereby creating a path for actionable implementation plans. As part of the process WHK develops a partnership with each customer to assist them on their path to cyber maturity and resiliency to cybercrime and fraud.

Beginning with the WhiteHawk AI Questionnaire, the customer provides high-level information which is used to create a risk assessment/fitness scale score. In turn, insights are generated and delivered to the customer which they can assess themselves across the same industry of similar size and complexity.

With this information, WHK integrate risk ratings processed with strategic partners to further identify cyber weakness and vulnerabilities in which the customer — with or without the aid of the company’s cyber consultants — can capture and plan actions to mitigate known weaknesses while at the same time increase cyber awareness and maturity.

In addition, CyberPath Decision engine is being further developed, and maturing in its abilities to collect and learn information gathered across open sources, industry sources, and the WWW, thereby increasing the automation and matching of cyber solutions and services tailored to the customer.

The release of 3.0 of CyberPath AI Tool includes:

  • Advanced risk profile and product matching.
  • Tailorable product bundle options.
  • Cyber risk rating on demand.
  • Customers desired maturity state and timeline.
  • An easy to understand action plan.

WHK’s release of version 3.0 of its website includes:

  • Updated look and feel to ease navigation and access to core WhiteHawk services.
  • Phase 1 of the Customer Journey to include:
    • Cyber Profile Fitness Scale based on the CyberPath AI Questionnaire that shows how the customer’s company is at cyber risk based on industry trends.
    • Risk Rating that summarises cyber strengths and weaknesses.
    • Maturity framework showing core areas that need to be addressed with an associated action plan to increase maturity.
  • Customer Impact/Automation:
    • Scales number of companies with automated WhiteHawk Journey.
    • Actionable insights and maturity action plans to self-empower customers.

Executive Chair of WhiteHawk Terry Roberts commented on today’s news: “After a year of deep research and development, refinement and testing, with Release 3.0 we are achieving our original vision of a deeply customised, intuitive and scalable customer experience either via our 360 Cyber Risk Frameworks, or as urgent referrals from the Cybercrime Support Network website, or as online customers looking to advance their cyber resilience affordably.”

In addition, the cyber security small cap continues to automate and integrate with external services for customer management and strategic partners to provide and end-to-end approach to mitigating cyber risks and vulnerabilities (such as Salesforce, BitSight, Interos, CSN).
